Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MaterialFlow (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided for business use by interior-materials distributors and their authorised team members.

Accounts & access

• You sign in with your phone number; keep your device and access secure.
• Your distributor's administrator controls who is invited and what role they have.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for using the Service only for your legitimate business.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully, or to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Follow the terms and policies of WhatsApp and any messaging provider you connect.

Your content

You retain ownership of your business data — orders, conversations, catalogue, and dispatch records. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service, including AI processing to structure incoming messages into draft orders.

AI-assisted orders

The Service uses AI to read messages and draft orders. These drafts may contain errors and are provided for your team to review and confirm. You are responsible for verifying orders, quantities, and dispatches before acting on them. MaterialFlow is not liable for decisions made on unreviewed AI output.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaterialFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
